Shipping Timeframes

6–27 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched daily whenever possible.

However, as a small team, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly delayed during:
• Large product drops
• Sales events
• High order volume periods

We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Some Spotto products may also be pre-order or limited-run items. If this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description along with the estimated shipping timeframe.

Free Shipping in Australia

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100 AUD.

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United States
• United Kingdom
• Ireland
• New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact info@spottoaus.com and we’ll see if we can assist.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

For international orders, we recommend tracking your shipment using both:
Australia Post tracking
• Your local postal service tracking system

(using the same tracking number)

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is delivered to that address, Spotto cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Charges (International Orders)

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

Spotto is not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order will not be refunded.

For international shipments:

• We must declare the full value of your order on customs documentation
• An invoice must be included with the shipment

We cannot mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.

Spotto is not responsible for:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Missed deliveries
• Failure to collect orders from post offices or pickup locations within the carrier’s timeframe

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and managing delivery arrangements.
