All Spotto products are produced in limited runs or made-to-order. For this reason we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or product selection.
Please check sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@spottoaus.com so we can make it right.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Spotto cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect address submissions.
Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Spotto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Orders refused due to customs charges or import taxes will not be refunded.
